WEEK 1 – Wednesday, Sept 11 



Meet all the other wonderful people participating in this journey with you. Get really clear about realistic and achievable goals you can set for yourself during our 8 weeks together so that you feel successful in the end.


WEEK 2 – Wednesday, Sept 18



It's so important to keep track of your progress with effective tools that will motivate YOU to succeed in reaching your goals. Create the mindset of loving and accepting yourself as you are, while also wanting to create positive shifts in areas of your life that're meaningful to you. Start creating positive new patterns.


WEEK 3 – Wednesday, Sept 25



Not only what we choose to eat, but how we go about it. What might be the perfect way for you to nourish yourself during the rest of the program? Remember, we’re not making drastic lifestyle changes during this program. Easy-peasy, doable shifts that you can commit to. What feeds your soul? Fun, laughter, wonderful conversations? Get some of that this week! 


WEEK 4 – Wednesday, October 2



Basic set-up for success in the kitchen. What adjustments could you make to make sure you stay on track? What basic ingredients should you keep on hand? What can you remove from the pantry and fridge that are less than ideal? BONUS: Download our Success in The Kitchen Guide, explore new easy, healthy recipes.

WEEK 5 – Thursday, October 10 (NOTE: Thursday, not Wednesday)



How are things going for you so far? Time to review progress and realign ourselves with our goals. Feeling challenged by anything? Explore new loving ways to move through it.


WEEK 6 – Wednesday, October 16



What has kept you from fully committing in the past to movement/exercise and how to say bye-bye to those thoughts. What forms of exercise can you engage in that will keep you motivated on a consistent basis? Yoga, stretching, walking, rebounder, sexercise, zumba, hiring a trainer? Whatever works, get that body moving!


WEEK 7 – Wednesday, October 23



Ways to stay healthy mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically. How can you honor your self and your needs in the most loving way? Morning practice, meditation, massage, being in nature, being with dear friends.


WEEK 8 – Wednesday, October 30 ( We made it!)



Woo-hoo! How does it feel to have shifted the relationship with yourself in the most loving way possible? How do you move onward from here? Deeper long-term goals? Who can you be accountable to in order to stay the course?
